Description:
Learning is a critical component of adaptive behavior in humans. Humans are always learning, and although learning is often associated with schooling, the vast majority of human learning happens outside of school. Since human learning is always happening, and is a fundamental property of human behavior, a deep understanding of how people learn is a powerful resource for understanding human behavior in any context.
