WHAT’S A BLUEPRINT?

BLUEPRINTS

A collection of thematically related courses that students can choose to navigate through the True Blue Core. Created through faculty collaboration, Blueprints are intended to help students see the connections among their Core courses. Most Blueprints connect a maximum of 3 courses and are cross disciplinary and cross college.

Key Features:

  • They are optional: you can start or stop a Blueprint whenever you want.
  • They are tailored to bring faculty expertise together with student interests.
  • You can choose Blueprints to match your interests.
  • You may complete multiple Blueprints.
  • You earn a digital badge when you complete a Blueprint.

Mind, Body, and Wellness Blueprint Description:

Courses in the Mind, Body, and Wellness Blueprint have been strategically selected to provide a multidimensional understanding of the mind-body connection and the meaning of wellness. These courses offer a deeper understanding of the intricate relationship between mind and body, preparing students to critically engage with complex issues and navigate the challenges of being human.

Choose 4 courses from the list below. These courses simultaneously fulfill your True Blue Core category requirements. Be strategic. Before you register for any of the courses listed below, consult with your advisor to make sure you have not already met the requirement for the category. NOTE: The courses listed below may only count for the Blueprint starting with AY 2025-2026.
